Thank you for shopping with us! Because our premium garments are custom-printed dynamically at the time of purchase to reduce fashion waste, we handle returns a little differently than standard fast-fashion brands.

Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return:

1. The Easy Alternative: Our 50% "Keep It" Option

Shipping items back can be a hassle and costs you money. If your item arrives and it’s simply not what you were expecting, or you changed your mind, we offer a hassle-free alternative:

  • Contact our support team, and we will issue you an instant 50% partial refund on the item—and you get to keep the garment.

  • You don't have to pack it up, pay for a shipping label, or visit the post office. You can keep it, sell it, or gift it to a friend, while getting half your money back instantly.

2. Standard Returns for a Full Refund

If you decline the 50% keep-it option and still wish to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price, the following terms apply:

  • 14-Day Window: You must contact us to initiate a return within 14 days of your order being delivered.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label. We highly recommend using a tracked service (like Royal Mail Tracked or Evri), as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us completely unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition with all original packaging and custom tags fully attached.

3. Inspection & Processing

Once your return package arrives at our UK facility, it must pass a manual inspection:

  1. Every item will be thoroughly inspected by our team to check for signs of wear, washing, smoke smells, or damage.

  2. If the item passes inspection, your full refund (minus any original shipping charges) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  3. If an item fails inspection (e.g., it has been worn or washed), the return will be rejected, a refund will not be issued, and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a genuine printing error, graphic defect, or physical damage, please send a photo to our customer service team immediately. In these rare cases, we will issue a replacement or full refund completely free of charge, and you will not have to pay for a return label.
