Thank you for shopping with us! Because our premium garments are custom-printed to order to drastically reduce fashion waste, we handle production with extreme care to ensure the highest quality.
If your order isn't quite right, we're happy to help you sort it out. Start your return anytime via our Return Centre. Please read our return terms carefully before initiating a return:
1. Returns for a Full Refund
28-Day Window: You must contact our support team to initiate a return within 28 days of your package being delivered. If delivery confirmation is unavailable (e.g. lost or missing tracking), the window will be calculated from the estimated delivery date based on your order's dispatch.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label. We highly recommend a trackable service (such as Royal Mail Tracked or Evri), as we cannot process a refund if the package is lost in transit.
Garment Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned completely unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition, with all original packaging and tags fully attached.
2. Inspection & Processing
Once your return arrives, it must pass a standard quality inspection:
Passed Inspection: Items in pristine condition are refunded in full (minus original shipping charges) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection.
Failed Inspection: If an item shows signs of wear, washing, smoke smell, or damage, the return will be rejected, no refund will be issued, and the item will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event your gear arrives with a genuine printing error, graphic defect, or physical damage:
Email a clear photo to our support team within 14 days of delivery.
We'll respond within 2 business days and issue a brand-new replacement or full refund, completely free of charge — no return shipping or extra labels required
