Thank you for shopping with us! Because our premium garments are custom-printed dynamically at the time of purchase to drastically reduce fashion waste, we handle our production with extreme care to ensure the highest quality.
If your order isn't quite right, we are happy to help you sort it out. Please read our standard return terms below carefully before initiating a return:
1. Returns for a Full Refund
If you wish to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price, the following terms apply:
- 28-Day Window: You must contact our support team to initiate a return within 28 days of your package being delivered.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label. We highly recommend using a trackable service (such as Royal Mail Tracked or Evri), as we cannot process a refund if the package is lost in transit.
- Garment Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to our UK facility completely unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition with all original packaging and custom tags fully attached.
2. Inspection & Processing
Once your return package arrives, it must pass a standard manual quality inspection by our team:
- Passed Inspection: Every item will be thoroughly checked for signs of wear, washing, smoke smells, or damage. If the item is in pristine condition, your full refund (minus any original shipping charges) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Failed Inspection: If an item fails inspection (e.g., it shows signs of being worn, washed, or damaged), the return will be rejected, a refund will not be issued, and the item can be shipped back to you at your own expense.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your gear arrives with a genuine printing error, graphic defect, or physical damage, we will fix it immediately.
Please email a clear photo to our customer service team right away. In these cases, we will issue a brand-new replacement or a full refund completely free of charge—no return shipping or extra labels required.
